Tony is the Founder of one of America’s leading and most innovative IT Networking and Cyber Security technical colleges, MyComputerCareer. After 20-years as an IT professional, technical trainer, and training executive, Tony founded the school with the goal of “changing lives” through careers in IT. He has led the growth of his program, from a single campus graduating a couple hundred students annually, to a nationally recognized institution that serves over 5,000 students a year.
Recognizing the deficit in Cyber Security expertise in the IT community globally, Tony began training students early to fill that void.
Scott is a 25-year veteran of the Staffing industry and has held several senior leadership roles throughout his career. Scott is passionate about building world class teams who deliver an experience to our clients and candidates that exceeds their expectations. Scott has been married for 27 years to his wife Natalie and they have two grown children.
In his free time, you can find Scott on his motorcycle, at the gym or volunteering at Habitat for Humanity.
Todd started his career in the IT Staffing industry as a Technical IT Recruiter. He has since held leadership roles within other companies in the industry. Todd most recently held the title of Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at MyComputerCareer. His senior level expertise includes Talent Acquisition, Human Capital, Business Development, and Organizational Leadership.
Todd is actively involved in his community in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Argyle, TX LIONS Club and was elected to serve on the Argyle, TX City Council for the 2017-2019 term.
Russ has over 25 years’ experience in sales leadership and project delivery within the IT professional staffing/consulting industry. He is an Air Force veteran where he started his career in Information Systems. He has held leadership roles as an IT Manager and Staffing industry leader. He prides himself in being a problem solver by building strong customer and consultant relationships and delivering best in class service to all his clients. Russ has a broad technical background in data center management, cyber security, system, and network operations.
Russ enjoys volunteering with various organizations in his community. He is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing with his 2 sons.
Mike Dunlop, began his journey in the IT Staffing and Services world in 2006 as a Technical Recruiter. Since that time he has specialized in Telecom, Government, and IT Security while holding local and national leadership roles in sales and recruiting. Mike has a passion for serving others and mentoring friends and colleagues to achieve their personal and professional goals. His blend of technical and functional industry knowledge allows him to identify and help solve complex problems as a true business partner.
Mike married his high school sweetheart, Jackie, in 2003 and is an involved parent of two young men, Brady and Connor. He has served as a coach to several youth sports teams and enjoys golf, baseball, football, and poker.
John has been in the staffing industry for 27 years, having held production and leaderships roles throughout his career. His passion revolves around developing superior relationships and coupling these with best of breed practices to ensure world class service. He truly enjoys helping people to make the most of their career endeavors.
John is married, has two children and enjoys cycling, working out, grilling as well as leading a small group with his church.
Dave has worked in the staffing industry for over 25 years. After starting his career in physician recruiting, he transitioned to IT in 2005 and has supported clients in recruiting, business development and leadership roles. He truly enjoys matching people with opportunities and building teams that deliver results beyond the clients' expectations.
Dave is originally from Atlanta and moved to Houston in 2009. Spending time in the gym helps him prepare for the day both physically and mentally. He stays busy most weekends too, traveling to games and tournaments for his son who’s very active in sports.
Sarah Lynch is the Senior Executive Administrator for Cyber Institute for Battle Readiness. In this role, she supports both CIBR Ready and CIBR Warriors by providing agile office management and exceptional customer service. Prior to joining CIBR, Sarah worked as an Executive Assistant to a number of C-Level individuals in a wide range of industries, and has over 20 years of customer service experience. She holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College (Rochester, NY).
Hailing from Rochester, NY, Sarah loves living in North Carolina! Her weekends are spent hiking with her husband and son or going to the beach. She is an avid reader and amateur photographer.
